Small Groups

Up to Three People

For up to three people, Matt will meet you at your choice of location to guide you through a 60 or 90 minute Gentle or Yin sequence. All instruction is personalized to suit your ability level and goals.

Four or More People

For four or more people, Matt will meet you at your choice of location to guide you through a 30, 60, or 90 minute Gentle or Yin sequence. All instruction is personalized to suit your group's ability level and goals. Mats are available for rent.

Two Approaches. One Goal.

Gentle

Gentle classes are focused on breath, balance, stretching, and light strengthening. This class will be personalized to suit your ability level and goals. This is not a flow or vinyasa. Class will consist of a sequence of poses you'll hold for 4, 8, or 16 breaths. Many students don't even break a sweat during this class.

Yin

Yin classes consist of a sequence of poses which are all completed without standing up. Poses are held for a maximum of three minutes but typically between one and two minutes. You'll have the chance to really drop into each pose and make it your own, without pain, in stillness. Students describe Matt's Yin class as stretchy, peaceful, and a unique challenge.
